I never understand anti heal, does the mob have to pass through the aura/reflect beam to stop healing, does the anti heal last forever on that mob until it dies, or do you have to keep re applying it?

The defense has to damage an enemy to reduce the healing amount. If the heal is recast it would have to damage the enemy again. So very unlikely, but if a Chieftan lived long enough to recast their buff it would need anti heal reapplied. Realistically they will either be dead or your core would be before then.

Is it possible to play all the way through to chaos 10 with just the original 4 heroes? I see everyone using these fancy characters but they are rather cumbersome to unlock while also trying to upgrade other stuff.

Wizard earth tower can take you to chaos 8 alone and monk air defense and that’s it

I’ve been struggling to beat the Jester’s Incursion. I’ve tried several builds, but barely scrape by each time. Yes, I complete it…but it’s an enormous struggle for me. Would you be able to highlight that map, and explain more about training dummies if you use them? Mine have Protective Downgrade, but I’m still struggling.

Does destruction pylon not stack with the buff beam or boost tower. I mean, why not put it on one of those to save the du of the reflect beam?

there are better shards to put on the real buff towers, but you can if you absolutely need the DU

The real reason is more power.
Destructive pylon buffs buff beam and boost aura + the innital tower + it frees up a shard slot for the buff beam or boost aura so you could add cd or vamp or def range

Destructive Pylon will boost buff beams and boost auras as well. Allowing you to double and triple dip on it's affect. So always put it outside of those on something else!

Choas 1 enemies with the shield. They have a projectile protection. Without piercer servo you wil only hit for 50% i think?

No, sadly it does not. TBH would be fairly broken if it did. Hits really hard!
