•Max Nimh Volt Rating 10.8v / 9 cell
•Max Lipo Volt Rating 11.1v / 3s
So a bike battery is not possible, because it is 12v.

Buy two 4.0mm male bullet connectors and solder it to the motor. Then connect the esc and motor wires together.
