Tying a bowline as a ground rigger - Arena rigging

I work in show production occasionally at Prospera Place in Kelowna, B.C. as a ground rigger. This video shows the bowline tie in procedure for sending steel deadhangs and bridles points up into the beams of the arena. Depending on what the high rigger wants you will adjust the size of the loop.

If you can only tie one knot, bowline is the one to know.
