Congrats on getting the location! Sounds like there were some trade-offs, but having a view of the ocean (and hopefully being able to swim in it when its warmer again) sounds like a great benefit to the location.
Yea I agree the third one looks the best lol the view was actually a surprise since it ended up being even better than what I saw in the model unit. As for swimming, I’m too weak so the water feels so cold even in the summer 😅 my feet ache after I dip them in the water for only 5 minutes, but I see other people swimming just fine 😂

Thank you!! 😊 Yea I’m surprised at how quickly the pets got used to the place. They were nervous for about 2 hours but after that they started going around and exploring on their own lol I think if there was anyone who was anxious about the move, it was me 🤣

@@littlegrasper sorry for my late reply, it’s been a crazy week lol. You should check out the Purina breeze litter system. I’ve been using it for years. It uses pellets instead of traditional sand so it’s much cleaner. No more sand stuck in between their little paws. I still have to vacuum all the time though because of the hair and the cardboard cat scratcher thing lol 😆
