The actual composition for all these songs (written on staff) was intended for a symphonic power sound. It would have sounded very grand and powerful if it ever came to fruition. my god brother, this is amazing. flat out. and TOUCHING. ive sat and questioned my whole life, my choices, the world around me, questioned the cosmos listening to this song. like, fuck dude, its beautifull maybe this is how the fates MEANT it to be. ive turned a bunch of people on to this song who dont listen to hard rock or metal, like, DAMN you have a hell of a peace here. who wrote the lyrics??? this is an incredible piece, on every level man. please please please tell me you still write stuff, band or not. whatever greater power there is, yall were channeling it man. keep on rockin brother.
Thanks for uploading this, I hadn't heard of Warlord until I saw your video for My Name is Man. I used to think I knew all there was to know about epic metal, but Warlord blew me away.
So many awesome unknown underground metal bands. Too many to ever collect them all. Must keep the memories of all the fallen ones alive! Hail true metal warriors!
Thanks warchild027 for these demos. Warlord is one of my faves. Have you ever heard of Legion? They were a Florida band that put out a cassette lp that was around 30 min. Certainly not as grand and epic as Warlord, but kind of different than others bands They kind of had a horror influence which reminds me of the song 'Mrs. Victoria'.
