I love simple living in the Philippines. Yes you can buy a boat worth 25k that's a good prize and nice to start for a little business like going out fishing and sell. You guys are wonderful take good care.
I owned a 7 meter banca when we were living in Puerto Galera and I enjoyed it. Once we are settled into our new home in Cebu I would like to buy another one. But I would need to buy one the size of that "cargo " banca to keep my asawa happy. Lol She didn't like the small one we had because she is afraid to be out on the water. Another great video keep up the good work. 😎
Yes a boat like the man came with will be great. visit the islands and go with tourist around. put a nice engine inside with 150HP and go. Thank you Brain.
Thanks for the informative video..I am definitely going to get one like the big one with a big canopy..I am going to do some treasure hunting on land and water.. thanks again
My Pa-In-Law is a master shipbuilder, he built a 65ft. pump boat right in the village then all the neighbors helped launch it he sold that one. He built one in the name of my son with a 12hp, motor I sent him from the U>S
do these boats really stand up to rougher water and open sea? ive heard they do, it just baffles me. wouldnt of thought it possible. looks like glorified canoes as you say.
I'm proud to of my countrymen...hardworking, industrious....can communicate well with anyone...

Those pump boats can haul quite a bit. On another vlog I saw them placing two motor bikes and about then people on one!
I never realized how affordable those boats can be!
How much for one the size of the cargo boat with the canopy? Also is there quieter engines that you can buy for them?
25,000 php = $500 usd. You can't buy a small Jon Boat with a motor for that here in the US. Comment from Georgia
Yeah cool fishing, let's go,
Great deal really, I want to build my own
how much do you think is that white boat that arrived worth? that is a good size boat for island hopping.
I was thinking the same thing. I’d like one the size of that big one.
I use to have 50 ft pumpboat. I went on a fishing spree for 2 years. Man, it was insane. Where the heck is this btw?
Near Talibon

Understandably, Gabrial is having nosebleed everytime Brian asks him questions in English...lol...
Bobet Aitum .....you gotta love Filipinos on how they accommodate non locals, very hospitable people, indeed.
