In the summer is ideal and good parents can rear 3 babies. I have a pair that produced triplets last summer. They were able to reared all 3. One didn’t get enough feed and did fell behind but eventually turned out okay. This yr I had one young pair (1st timer) that fostered 3 eggs. They were only able to feed the babies until they were almost 2 weeks then one baby didn’t make it.

You might have to help them feeding them ...it might be to much for them..
