There is no diagnostic port for the Vw Caravelle. No engine management light no OBDll port.

hi, hope you can assist me. i bought a 2.3i microbus with a 2.6 ecu. it ran fine for two years and now it does not start. ive done some tests and the engine has no spark. ive tested the distributor and its 100% fitted a new ignition coil, still no spark! please could you assist?

Hi Dwayne, it could be the ECU (electronic control unit) see one of my videos on this, that is faulty it has to be checked by an auto electrician, also check the main lume plug (it is the round plastic unit that goes through the body in the engine bay) they sometimes corrode, loosen and clean it, good luck I hope you find the fault.
