One night some years ago I was southbound in Indiana on I-65 a few miles from living the state. A pickup blew my doors off. It was in the northbound lanes. I saw it again right after I crossed the bridge into Louisville. It impacted an innocent motorist who died. The last I heard the drunk didn't. The same area a few years later a drunk almost ran underneath my trailer as they were passing me. I had to get halfway into the left lane and slow up a bit to keep that from happening. One of the most stupid was the motorcyclist who was so drunk he didn't realize his drunk lady had fallen off as he was going down the highway. In 1977 I quit drinking alcohol. I'd spent 16 months overseas living on the economy and American foods made me ill. I became the designated driver before it became popular. This was a time when our post commander was court martialing troops who got DUIs.
My Brothers Best friend . age 9... KILLED by a drunk driver that got next to Nothing. We Lived on a stretch of road that all the drunks took to get Home and so Many of these Horrid people Killed others or at the very least Put them In the hospital walked away from the accident and > Blamed the people bleeding on the road for being In their way. Thank You Officer for SAVING LIVES. If the drunks Had a bad time It was their choice and their own actions that did it. ut sadly Drunks are Entitled and think the world should make way for them. Did everyone see the drunk that hit and Killed 2 Kids in a cross walk. ? How about the UPS driver that His a baby In a stroller and Mom also In a cross walk. went back Picked Up the Baby Moved it to the side of the road. and Left. YEP left Mom and a Hurt baby. PLEASE KEEP ARESTING THE DRUNKS
