can you please do a comparaison between rent in vancouver and burnaby , is it affordable to live in burnaby and work in vancouver , or just live in vancouver
Pitt meadows is good. LAngley is good except Langley city. Coquitlam. Port Coquitlam. Some areas of Surrey is good. Check RCMP crime maps and you can see all the crimes reported for a particular city.
Yeah it might be too early to reserve a place but I would suggest you research areas and pick a place that suits your lifestyle, school, shopping, budget for rent, transportation etc.
I come from a pioneer family of Burnaby and couldn't think of any place else I'd rather live, so I'm still here after 73 years and counting. The biggest con so far as I'm concerned is the subdivision of single family home lots into two condo lots as well as the apartment towers. That's great of course for the real estate opportunists but all wrong for long term residents who want less traffic, less garbage, less taxes and yes, less cultural division.
I'm 28 and a white male who has lived in Burnaby my whole life. I honestly feel like a stranger living here now. The traffic and living congestion is so bad now. Don't know what to do
awesome information.. my wife and I are considering moving Vancouver by mid next year thank you sir!
You are welcome!

I think about doing a year abroad in Burnaby, would you recommend doing sometimes like this there?
Leif, yes I recommend it. Check out the cost of rentals in Burnaby by visiting Craigslist. If you can afford it do it!

Hello we are moving to burnaby on Sep 2021 and we are looking for a place to rent

Consider getting a giant fence leather boots for all the needles on the ground
Can you do an episode about living and buying in Surrey
Sure I’ll make that as one of my next videos.
buRnaboy
At those prices .. you will only see old people in the neighborhood.
