@mVP I agree. I dont think TK saved wrestling like some of these comments. Hes got a bloated roster and a lot of guys and gals in catering with nothing to do. Also it seems like every match is a spotfest with AEW doing a lot of the same things that got WCW destroyed. I like a lot of the talent and want TK to succeed but the shine is off and he needs to quit signing all of WWEs cast offs and get some real support that knows the business coz hes acting like a money mark and it shows.
@mVP thats because they speak the truth. How any adult can enjoy wwe now absolutely disgusts me. It is a kids show now. There is no justifying being a fairy fan when it comes to the wwe fans of today.
My honest opinion about aew is, its good its different, its been 20 years since we’ve had something else to watch besides wwe, and i loved wwe back in the 90s/00s, with all these indie companies who wouldve thought aew would blow up so fast in the alotted time of 3 years, HOWEVER i have some major issues with it and its to be expected as no company is perfect -the roster is far too clogged up and not enough air time for all these wrestlers - i dont like the fact that they keep signing ex wwe stars, from the beginning they had so much young talent which they still do, but now theyre sort of tilting towards the established wrestlers - rampage is too short, if they made it 2 hours they could have more storyline and more airtimes for certain wrestlers who couldnt get it in dynamite - last but not least they take too much time with certain rivalries and storylines They need to keep it moving and flowing which would result in more and more unique matches Other than that i have a been a fan of aew since the beginning, i really really hope tony doesnt let the fame get to him and start making the same mistakes WCW did and vinnie mac, but alas no company is perfect as i said before…..
Here's the funny thing. WWE has a Monday with their women's tag Champs leave making them scramble to book a new main event and it goes off smoothly like the walkout is a work. AEW like Tony says doesn't rip up scripts and re write stuff on the day of and they have dynamite end so awkwardly with the UE beat down that was so poorly done. Great booking Tony. You must be proud of yourself. Mark.
Aew wishes they were competition to WWE. Its laughable that he think Aew is Eben as good as WCW was. Thays thee ONLY wrestling company thay had a chance. This guy just has money to throw away. Tony khan will soon be another Dixie Carter who had daddy's checkbook for min then it got taken away. Tony khan seems very delusional. WWE was and is the best.
I support AEW wrestling and want them to succeed but I don't buy into his woke or liberal policies...All this diversity I'd B.S. because he should just pic ppl on their talent not their race or sexual gender..I don't agree transgender athlete's should not be competing against other woman...I don't like TK PC attitude in his company but I definitely think he has great matches and some good storylines and his breaking down forbidden door is great thing...
Exactly, it's so annoying. Someone biologically born as a man should be going for a women's world championship - imagine if this was UFC😂. Just makes the business look weak and cheap
You either control the business i.e. money or the book. If your truly trying to run a profitable business you can't control both as it's counter intuitive... Tony needs to leave his "young fan mentality" at home because at the end of the day he's paying for it all and should be making the most of any situation. The fact cm punk and the young bucks were suspended instead of using it and forcing them to do business or sit at home because you don't get golden self made angles like nature incidents. Tony needs to wake up, he is a character in his show and start to think like a Vince McMahon... you make the reality and you enforce NDAs , protect and use the business opportunities presented. Wrestling is the best when it truly feels like you don't know what will happen. The only way you got information on the business of the wwf was a Vince out of character interview, other then that every other piece of information released by the wwf/wwe is literally building a narrative. It feels likes the real narratives dictate business actions in AEW.
but he as alot of money and more money then vince , steph and triple hh. his family owns the Jacksonville football team, scoor team, a company that makes fitness equipment and aew.
Tony Khan is a mixed topic for me as a pro wrestling fan. On one hand, he’s helped to bring back non scripted pro wrestling and given many deserving talents a chance to make a name for themselves and more options for pro wrestlers/entertainers to work. Competition or alternative is always a great thing. I’ll call that side of him logical Tony, that version of him is great for the company and he contributes. On the other hand, there’s dumb mark Tony who goes out cutting nonsensical, fan girl type promos and he even gets involved in on screen storylines from time to time. This side of Tony is bad for AEW because he goes around spouting all kinds of hyperbole and makes statements a guy in his position can’t afford to make. As the old saying goes, “it’s best to shut up and look smart than to open your mouth and remove all doubt”. He’s the personification of that saying and each time he makes a comparison between AEW and WWE or AEW and WCW, he just slowly erodes any hope that he’s an intelligent guy. He makes major mistakes with an overcrowded roster of almost every single cast off from WWE or elsewhere to the point guys like MJF want to leave. Cody Rhodes already left due to alleged issues between himself and Tony Khan and I’m guessing all of the above mentioned things could be factors. If any comparisons are to be made between AEW and another past pro wrestling company, it’s more appropriate to use TNA. Only AEW is making some of the exact same mistakes much sooner than TNA did except that AEW has more resources and money being on TNT and TBS. You have constant references to WWE which makes them look minor league and not focused on their own product. At least TNA didn’t overcrowd their roster right away with half of it being WWE or WCW rejects although they did slowly bring them in to an absurd level. Bottom line is if you are mismanaging a company, making bad decisions across the board, not putting enough equity into your own original talents, and you generally seem like a gullible money mark, you’re doomed. If Tony Khan was half as smart as he believes he is, he’d reach out to pro wrestling veterans who know the business to run it for him. He needs to step back and hire a solid creative team that doesn’t consist of Omega, The Bucks, or himself and let the company be guided by more experienced people. Right off the top of my head, he could use Dutch Mantell, Jeff Jarrett, Jerry Jarrett, and similar guys who know pro wrestling and what it takes to run a legit pro wrestling company. Because as of right now, Tony Khan makes Dixie Carter look brilliant and business savvy.
A lot of criticism for a man who's been learning on the fly with much success. All those old timers you've named have dropped the ball time and time again.
And Raw still looked better booked than dynamite did on Wednesday. Compare their last 10 mins, build up to Bianca, becky and Asuka who are their top women superstars vs. The UE beat down of the hardys sting and darby with the show going to black with no structure.
Because TK is doing so much, he's losing focus on talent that should be pushed more than just being on dark and less on pampering ex-WWE superstars as soon as they come in. What happened to rankings matter? No wonder MJF is teasing WWE as his future destination 🤷♂️
@@XtremeEffect "BiG lEaGueS" 🤡 WWE is too pg for mjf, it wouldn't work there, he would be fine there, but he wouldn't be the same, scripted promos, no freedom, no creative ideas, etc...
@@KruelAidMan the titles would be better represented if some of the ex wwe rejects were champions. Unlike Tony Khan, HHH knew how to make talent look like stars. Tony Khan has dulled the shine of every single "star" Vince gave him.
You realise TK is also successful on his own? He owns the Jacksonville Jaguars (admittedly I don’t know much about them because I don’t watch American football) but he also owns Fulham FC in London. They just won the second division in England and they’ll be getting around 150 million just for going up to the first division in the premier league. Not even taking in account selling out a 50,000 seat stadium every single week without fail, tv rights, etc. He’s incredibly successful on his own too

If this were a profile vid on NJPW, I'm sure there'd be positive comments there as well. Maybe not they exact same stuff being said but at least similarly positive. It ain't a competition, man.
@mVP Unless anybody here can read hearts and minds, I don't see the point of discarding these comments by saying they're just doing it for a like. I'm biased like any other normal human being but not to the point where I'd go out and make that statement.
@mVP Nah, this video is botted and so are the replies.
@mVP thats because they speak the truth. How any adult can enjoy wwe now absolutely disgusts me. It is a kids show now. There is no justifying being a fairy fan when it comes to the wwe fans of today.

my man tony
My honest opinion about aew is, its good its different, its been 20 years since we’ve had something else to watch besides wwe, and i loved wwe back in the 90s/00s, with all these indie companies who wouldve thought aew would blow up so fast in the alotted time of 3 years, HOWEVER i have some major issues with it and its to be expected as no company is perfect
-the roster is far too clogged up and not enough air time for all these wrestlers
- i dont like the fact that they keep signing ex wwe stars, from the beginning they had so much young talent which they still do, but now theyre sort of tilting towards the established wrestlers
- rampage is too short, if they made it 2 hours they could have more storyline and more airtimes for certain wrestlers who couldnt get it in dynamite
- last but not least they take too much time with certain rivalries and storylines
They need to keep it moving and flowing which would result in more and more unique matches
Other than that i have a been a fan of aew since the beginning, i really really hope tony doesnt let the fame get to him and start making the same mistakes WCW did and vinnie mac, but alas no company is perfect as i said before…..
20 years? Didn't u watch TNA when they were hot between 2005 to 2010. TNA brought higher ratings than aew does now
Fix the booking! Hire and trust writers if needed. Need storylines! Actual storylines.

I ❤️ AEW

Could Forbes only afford one lightbulb...? This is the most awkward lighting I've ever seen.
Aew is a bit over the top right now. They need to find their game or will end up like wcw
Hire a booker that knows the business let william regal run aew or roh

no, there is no competition. aew is great at being second place in north america. first place ? no. not even close.
He's ruining his own company .
@@shootboxpodcast Yeah and shoving Nyla Rose's dirty face in front of everyone is the answer clearly

AEW is so good compared to WWE
Because TK is doing so much, he's losing focus on talent that should be pushed more than just being on dark and less on pampering ex-WWE superstars as soon as they come in. What happened to rankings matter? No wonder MJF is teasing WWE as his future destination 🤷♂️
