Super recipe. Colour looks fantastic. But if we add lime, iron content in mint leaves obsorbed better. Lime changes the colour of mint leaves. If anybody wants a better South Indian taste in this recipe, they can add tamarind while grinding mint leaves. It will taste heavenly. Just a suggestion.....
