Having two friends that live down south in that general area, Stony Trail has sure made it way more accessible (quick access) to get down there from other parts of Calgary. I can get down there in minutes from the Westhills part of the city.
2023 has been a pretty crazy year so far... the benchmark price in Seton in October (around when this was posted) was $396,700 and in February the benchmark price in Seton was $407,000. As more seller's list their home trying to get a good price, the more balanced the market will become since buyer's will have more options. It's just a matter of when that will happen... Do you live in Seton?
