Yo john thank you for your answer! I just wanted to add some info to the community. My lawyer told me that proof of use is creating a hang tag or to create the lable on the neck that shows size and your logo name etc. Thanks again for all your work and greatly appreciate it!

At age 13 there are prepaid cards. Depends on the company it they allow it since I do believe they can possible block prepaid cards

I am 14 and I want to start my own clothing line. I have some prototypes of the clothes and a little budget, but I can't find stores and boutiques, which match to my clothes. Where can I find some?

There’s another clothing line that has trademarked the name I want but their brand name is totally different? Should I still stay away from that name? Not sure why they would trade mark a different name.

Wassup John! shouldn't we be worried about getting our design/idea stolen if we place them on apparel before the trademark etc..? Anyone can see the design and run with it.

While theres good advice in this vid i probably wouldnt suggest or advise a 13 year old to get a credit card lol.
Definitely get a parent or find a legal adult to handle finances. Even if they arent supportive find a buisness partner.
Always do buisness legally lol
