The song was written by Benny McArthur (George Strait's Ace In The Hole Band) and Cody Widner. This is Texas dancehall country music at its finest! First time I've seen your music. Love the traditional sound. This is what country should sound like.
Thank you! The traditional dancehall sound is what we strive for on each song we record and each song we add to our show. In the studio, we were produced by Benny McArthur of George Strait's Ace In The Hole Band and many of his band members played on the album (piano, drums, guitars). I believe Benny's guidance and the traditional country sound that those guys are experts in really made the difference.

@@j.d.7838 Benny McArthur (a member of George's band since the early 1980's) was my producer on this album. He actually wrote Drinkin' Doubles. We had several members of the Ace In The Hole Band playing on this album (Ronnie Huckaby, Joe Manuel, Bobby Jarzombek). You've got a good ear.
