Step 0: Be in the state of Grace, go to confession
Step 1: Visit the Blessed Sacrament
Step 2: Pray the 7 Sorrows of Mary and Ask her to reveal what your imperfections are, and what virtues you need to counter them
Step 3: Write down three columns in a notebook leaving space for the 3 virtues.
Step 4: Open up the contents to "Paradise of the Soul" by St. Albert the great, and see which virtues stick out to you and read about them
Step 5: Write them in your journal, and make an effort to reflect on those virtues each day to see if you are growing in them.
