Matt, So good to see the sweet little faces that are your world. Honoring parents (even in-laws) is precious in the sight of God. What a good example to your children. Love, love, love the pole building and the property and the hearts behind it. So much better than a manufactured home.

It was nice to meet your buddy, Walter Griffith (Griffin?). I know he's got lots of bee-keeping experience but I am still worried that bees will escape his "in-house beehive" and buzz through his front door! The ping-pong, Foosball & pool table make me wish I lived there. Fun times ahead. Also intriguing to me qas the combination wood-burning & oven stove. My knees buckled a bit when he mentioned the $27,000 on wood & metal. I am not going to complain ANY MORE about the $500 I just spent on new baseboards for my 1950 house. Footnote: I hope your (Matt's) kids can someday look forward to a visit from their South Carolina grandparents when your renovation is complete.
Walter is a special dude. I share your concern about the bees, but he's usually right when it comes to this kind of thing. Big Foosball and ping-pong tourney next year at his house!

Last year, we moved from a little 2 bed, 1 bath that we loved, but had its quirks, into one about the size of your brother-in-law’s. It was amazing the amount of stress that relieved, some of which we didn’t even realize was there.
They are going to be so happy in the new house. I hope you guys are really proud of what you’ve accomplished.
