    Your channel was recommended by YT and I’ve been watching this while I knit…. That exact same hat pattern. It’s got to be the best hat I have ever knitted so far. Hope your partner likes his hat!

      Yes!!! I was so afraid of knitting cables and this has definitely been a favourite knit this year! I am sure he’ll be delighted and I hope you love yours too!

    I really enjoyed this, thank you 😊 Recommended by TH-cam. I love your Maxine hot water bottle cover and I think I'll try to knit this pattern.

    Love your green striped sweater-now imagining a color work lettlopi cardigan using one skein that I have and others that I’ll plan on purchasing-and that’s when I finish baking! Happy Christmas 🎄 love your esthetic ❤

      Oh thank you so much for your kind words! Love lettlopi! And I am sure your cardi will be top notch! What pattern are you thinking to knit?

      @@movingstitches I haven’t even begun to look yet🤣what I have is a greenish bronze color, and I’m thinking if I knit a navy main color, and perhaps a white or light grey accent. Need to look for a pattern! Any thoughts or suggestions?

    • @movingstitches
      @movingstitches  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mmm no clue but I usually search the yarn in Ravelry and them project suggestions 😉

    Double knit button bands can be so frustrating! 😩 I will say that my April Cardigan had some very weird bunching/rippling along the v neck but I just went with it and it blocked out! Maybe knit up to the point you were at before and put your stitches on hold and do a mid-project block to check?
    If it has to do with the pick up rows, I think your idea to break the yarn and re pick up that section is a good idea! I would recommend using a crochet hook to pick up the stitch and then put it on your needle - it’s easier to spot the proper columns like that

    • @movingstitches
      @movingstitches  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh! Thanks for all this wisdom, I will deffo try to pick sts with a crochet hook, and if not it’s good to know you had a similar experience but blocking helped! Thanks so much!

    Hi Rebeca!

    I love this, so calming ❤ downloaded the rest to watch for my boat home next week!
    Edited to add: I picked up every stitch on my neckband for Champagne - i didn't pick up 2 per 3 rows or anything like some do. I wanted to make sure the tighter band gauge matched the 4.5mm of the body!

      aha! thank you- I did pick every single stitch as you said, just as pattern suggested! so I am still concerned about the V neck distortion , but thank you!
