Elden Ring is a good chill game that I HIGHLY recommend, but you should also try Rust, Valorant, Minecraft, and more slow-paced games that you can enjoy.

I feel like some games are not fun to watch, but are when you play them, so I think you could play games that are not just about winning and going through the whole game without there being something fun, like I personally wouldn't like watching some like valorant, I think that is boring when it comes to just seeing how you play the game, even more if I don't really understand the game, but maybe highlights are cool, and also funny moments. I don't know, that's just my opinion and no hate to valorant btw.
You could also do challenges that match with how good you are playing the game so you dont get bored and we also enjoy watching. I think there's not much to do content about, but maybe something like making kids rage, using only smgs to win, or vice versa.
