YOu are so right. Gymnastics methods, Chris Heria, saturno movements, and Fitness FAQs do not deal with the Crucial foundations of body movement and awarenss.

It seems that some other coaches little bit hiding the information.

    • @getgymnastfit

In fairness, the main responsibility of a coach is to guide an athlete through the physical activities ensuring their safety and effectiveness of those activities in terms of the form and workload.
Educational aspects of the training like bio-mechanical principles, phycology, and else mostly belong to the classrooms of schools, colleges, or universities athletes might be attending. It is primarily their (athletes’) responsibility to learn that thereby contributing to their pro-athlete successful careers by doing the job on their side.
When a good coach trains a diligent studious athlete they achieve great things. It always takes two to tango.
I’m just tryin to help you guys see that other side of the training. And I’m happy that you find it interesting. Very good for you because from my experience not everyone is ready or open to this matter to learn and train at the same time. Most people are looking for just training and more training from a coach their hire.
So you all are doing great! Thank you. 🤝🙂

Another great video, practice has become lots of fun thanks to your videos! Couldn’t possibly think that an L-Sit would be possible, but will try. Thanks to your handstand progression I did a full minute handstand on the wall yesterday, first time since childhood🙏🙏🙏 Currently travelling out of country, super thanks not going through, but will arrive later. Congrats to 6666 subscribers, this channel is great, very well deserved!! 🙏🙏🙏

L- Sit is one of three goals I have been working towards. Only one element I knew about before this video. Now I have a good foundation to practice. I did not know which parallets to buy. I bought the 5" height. I am going to buy the 12".
Thank you so much for these points!

Maxim. Thank you so much for this exercise routine. I tried all of the variations. The setup cues were right on point. I liked the L-sit variations. I have tight hamstrings so the legs over the palette drills were awesome. By the way the F finger in English is called the middle finger😂. That was a great routine.

    • @getgymnastfit
      @getgymnastfit  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

Oh right, the middle finger!!! Of course….and it is right in the middle on the hand! Very good to know, thank you!
And I am also happy to hear that you found it useful. Only please don’t be too aggressive with the drills, make sure you do them a bit slower but with greater control.
That legs over the bar drill might sometimes be a bit hard on the lower back specially if we pull too hard and fast. So please, exercise patience-)

I've been thinking about buying some parallettes for the past week but could never commit, think I'll have to now though because I always learn a lot from your videos, and the cues you say during the exercises help a ton. Thank you for your work.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Happy to hear I could help a bit. And I apologized for causing you an extra expense on the fitness equipment. 🙂 However, I’m sure you’ll put those parallettes into a very good use and your body will thank you. 🙂🤝❤️

My parallettes are 12 inch high and 1.5 inch in diameter. Get ones with unwrapped bars …often the put padding on the bars …better without them. -)

Please keep in mind, that the ring work is based on other fundamental blocks that have been already covered in here. For the rings we need to have a look at my other videos:
      Gymnastics Spine Stability
      Correct wrist mechanics
      Unlock your Shoulder
      Gymnastics parallettes workout
      Gymnastics Hip mobility and strength
In gymnastics it is like a domino tower, you miss one part and everything falls apart into inefficiency so you will have to compensate it with a lot of strength not everyone has.
🙂🤷🏼 So, have a look at those videos.
