I saw this machine in a collectors store and come to find out it had never worked since the owner bought it some 15 years ago. It was a shame to see that and I decided to fix it and video the work I did. Enjoy!
Great job, love the way you reasoned through this. You probably have a bad SCR on the main lamp board. Thats why the S and special arn't lighting. Should be an easy fix. You can probably scrounge a replacement SCR off the old Aux Lamp board you replaced.
James Christian I found the lock. Drilled it out but couldn’t get it open. Was looking for a pic of the inside to try and see what I’m working with but I figured it out
Hello are you guys in Minnesota I am in Alex having issues with my Kiss Pinball every time I turn it on its in Ball In Play you have to mess around with it to get it to -play if you live in Minnesota I would like to do business with you . Rich

I feel as if I "plow through it" and after numerous trial and error, I find the problem. That is why I brought this one to my house to fix. What do you mean by "Mess around with it?" Can you be more specific? What do you mess around with?

The cabinet around the back glass would look alot better painted white.

Check lamp driver Q42 for that "S" rollover light problem.
Can you show me opening up the top cabinet? I just got this machine. Having issues with the lock.
You may need to drill out the lock. Normally the latch is in the right side of the coin door
