Spicy chicken in cornflakes

- Mini cutlets, spicy according to your choice and wrapped in corflakes. Baked, not fried :-D
Apart from loading, which takes at least an hour, preferably overnight, it's a quick dish ready in 15 minutes, which is always handy ♥
Use chicken or turkey meat, pork would take a bit of work, but of course you can use it! The chop will be great, and the dollop will last as long as the chicken, so pork is the best choice.

salt pepper
smoked paprika
chili sauce, or fresh or dried chili
