Thank you for sharing all of this information, it's super helpful. I was particularly interested to hear you say you'd go for a MWB if you were ever to do it again. I think if two seasoned travellers think the smaller van is a better idea, then when I'm ready, the MWB will be perfect for me.
Fabulous video ! We are in the process of fitting out a LWB sprinter and im also coeliac. It was great to hear and see how cosy and comfortable you made your van with all the mod cons from home. We definitely want to be able to cook meals as you would at home and of course the coffee machine is coming no arguments about that ! For us a shower and toilet is a must have. We have decided we want an electric bed so we can have seating set up all the time. We looked at other vans and felt the same as you both. There was limited space and felt very claustrophobic . We really enjoyed watching your lap and look forward to your next adventure. Awesome build you nailed it.
