I'm kinda shocked at how much I like this game. I didn't really hear that much about it but it was twenty or so bucks on the Playstation store so I figured why the hell not? Turns out it's my favorite Metroidvania to date.
This is why bosses can't be stun locked in most games because people with loads of experience playing games like street fighter or lost saga are going to juggle them for days. In the manliest of pink no less!

This are all bosses in the story mode. There is a boss rush mode "slum fighter" where you unlock some of the most challenging bosses I have seen. Good video anyway 👍. This game is a hidden gem
The visual and music really hook me. Hope it will come soon on PC. I just check the first 4 bosses, and they are really cool. The music, the move set and combos, ... very well made. I'll come back after finishing the game.
Combat looks like it feels crunchy. Art and voice acting seem fun. Will have to wait for steam version. Also hey it's that VA for the main character :O
Feels like the movement could be tweaked alittle, jumping and moving around mid air trying to hit something feels like it doesn't react as fast as you want, or holding down square for the power punch could be faster, or drinking the carrot juice..regardless, the game is super dope and fun to play. Like it alot

just beat the game on ps5. Overall the game tries to be a fast paced action game like dmc but fails woefully.. inputs don't register at all. A lot of the stages and platforming were unnecessary and seem like just fillers to make the game long, 5/10. BTW I finished the game with 6 health bars, 3 sp bars and 3 ep bars.. last cicero boss fight alone was almost 2hrs

I'm kinda shocked at how much I like this game. I didn't really hear that much about it but it was twenty or so bucks on the Playstation store so I figured why the hell not? Turns out it's my favorite Metroidvania to date.
I'm a sucker for anthro-stars, so this was a day-1 buy for me, and I agree: this game is underrated.
That second to last cicero boss fight was more like a one sided beatdown than a fight, love it when that happens.

The voice acting was superb! It really got me engaged with the story. Not to mention great graphics great Metroidvania indeed
Every video is incredibly well done. Showcasing the fights and how to overcome them without damage is always a wonder to watch.
