☢️ Nuclear convoy departs RAF Brize Norton

- Earlier this afternoon, a large convoy of police vehicles escorted a lorry believed to be carrying Nuclear weapons out of RAF Brize Norton. The weapons were flown in via an RAF C-17 Globemaster from Knoxville, Tennessee in the United States.

That is a proper convoy, spare truck, and a recovery truck, plus a small army locked and loaded

They are certainly leaving nothing to chance. Spare lorry + recovery vehicle amongst security and staff! For those who complain 'why weren't people informed' or 'why is it going through our area' firstly it is supposed to be a secret, and the police/military don't exactly want it published, just in case it is attacked. 2nd it is the most suitable route. Certain routes, which might seem okay, have restrictions.

I am not one of the people who filmed this and put it online. And restrictions on routes can be anything from a height restriction to a hazardous goods restriction.

We saw a 6 truck nuclear convoy today heading southbound on the A34 (11th Dec 2022). What a sight .
You find that the convoy only carries the warheads these are maintained at AWE Aldermaston and assembled at AWE Burghfield
Quite the catch. Nice one!
Going back to AWE no doubt normally see at least 3 to 4 green trucks near Aldermaston with the big convoy
I live in Maryville Tennessee and go to the Knoxville airport McGee Tyson for CAP often, I actually and saw the globemaster take off from the attached AF Base.

I think those police trucks are a new addition as prior there used to be armoured green escort vans housing Royal Marine protection.
I wonder if the Royal Marines are now deployed inside the police trucks.
I’ve seen the coach etc before but there also usually a fire engine attached to the convoy plus more police escorts

@@TheJonny1970 sorry buddy I was referring the trucks used by the RM Fleet Protection Group. They were Mercedes 818s…my point being that now they seem to have disappeared have the RMs redeployed into the new Police trucks?

Coach looks like a new addition. Possibly a command and control vehicle from the antennas and fold away looking dish on the roof. No Mercedes or Renault badges on the convoy vehicles.

No, it's ledger tours. You can now experience the excitement of travelling in convoy with nuclear warheads to an undisclosed location, whilst taking in the scenic views of the Oxfordshire countryside and stopping off at the undisclosed tearooms for undisclosed tea and scones.
It is there used to be a winnebago so the irizar coach is new addition
Very well caught, it's a wonder the convoy didn't wait until dark before heading to maybe RAF Welford. I'm not quite sure what the Arsenal FC team coach was doing in the convoy. :)

Nukes aren’t flown in and out of the UK. The nukes are made in Reading. This is only transport of the Plutonium that’s used to make them.
Landed? Nuke convoys have defined secure stopovers, RAF bases are very commonly used.

What regiment do these rigs belong to? They have army number plates, even the MOD ones.
MOD Police Special Escort Group vehicles like this carry Military Number Plates it's the same as Army, Navy and Airforce
@@pj6641 Why don’t they do it as an undercover operation? Make each vehicle look like a regular commercial big rig, space them out to blend in with regular traffic, have the crew in plainclothes (but armed), etc.

Why are nukes flying to UK from USA onto a British convoy? Could it be a Trident missile back from the shared pool, or def a warhead? We make our own warheada supposedly, so I dont understand. Could it be going to an American base?

the fire truck comes forward, inspects the truck, then extinguishes whatever heat there is while the spare truck gets ready as the wrecker pulls the truck upright…

There's a reason these convoys are made up the way they are. And depending on the threat (idiot protesters vs. terrorists) there's also a reason that the escorts carry live ammunition, as well, as I would imagine, have immediate access to enough heavy weaponry to start (and win) a small war.
The coach will be for the AWE support personnel. The marines and special escort group will be in the back of the police trucks. Difficult to get out of a coach quickly vs 'throwing the van doors open'.

If u can record it that close, u can probably follow it right behind the convoy as long as u dont fuck up, but thats just what i think

Well just lets just say they are nukes. The cops have more training in dealing with the public and have more powers of arrest than what the military do. So for moving around in areas free to the public the police would be a better choice.

The police vehicles, are they MOD police or Nuclear police, had to be nukes, otherwise why all the security & military personnel?
MOD. CNC are used for civil (not military) guarding and escort duties. Also note the military number plates on the police trucks 👍

Security would be easier if a regular truck which was heavily armoured and built to the same specs was followed by armoured cars with plain clothed security. The Americans have used a similar measure. Make everyone think the main convoy is the clear military one by drawing attention to itself and the regular one slips by unnoticed because no one would pay attention to a regular delivery or service box truck.
@@beithirdragon870 Operational security says otherwise. Regardless of how many convoys you send out, the terrorists would find the one they wanted to hit. So we do it differently by being overtly security conscious. Either way, regardless of what any terrorists try, they won’t remove a nuke from those trucks.

I don't think this is nuke, as nuke or capable missiles have three cab and trailers minimum, as two of them will be empty decoys.
I think this one is general ammo, guns, mini drones etc.
