    And these talking heads want to trade for Giannis. Nope all day. They have each other's back, and with Giannis that is disrupted. Ime basically has a college team that will listen to him. Giannis will want his brother to follow him, and the team doesn't need that type of energy. Besides Ime has them bought in, he doesn't strike me as the type to change on his young guys , loyalty goes a long way when building a young team.

      I wouldn't trade just anyone for Giannis. However if you can get him for Green, Whitmore, picks and salary filler then you get it done. Having 2 of Giannis, Amen and/or Tari on the floor at all times will make other teams cry.

    Its crazy how early on in Sengun's career, he was known as a defensive liability. Stephen Silas had Sengun play drop coverage, where opponents with range will easily burn the Rockets, and Sengun would get benched due to Silas' incompetence. Now, under Ime, Sengun has developed into a positive defensive player that impacts Houston defense

    I normally think of transition defense and offensive rebounding as opposites. You can do one but not both. The fact the Rockets excel at both shows how well coached and well disciplined they are. They know when to crash and when to give up and get back. As much as i still love Harden, this basketball is more fun to watch and doesn't rely on one guy.

    Amen is a problem for the league. His length, paired with his athleticism, is a nightmare defensively. Unlike Ben Simmons, Amen is a decent FT shooter and isn’t afraid to shoot the 3s if left open. His mid range jumper has drastically improved since his 1st year. His court vision, ability to make any types of passes, and cutting ability make him a constant threat on offense. As he improves his jumper and polish out his ball handling, he is a superstar in the making. He definitely has the highest and brightest potential on the Rockets

      They have said. Amen and Tari are off limits... Untouchable. They know what they have .. let's not forget .. these two are 21 and 23... In 5 years when DB is gone and Fleet is gone ... It's Amen Tari Green Jabari and Sengun starting. That's the scariest starting team even now... But to think of these guys had another 3 years experience under the belt. Bro Amen is a guaranteed triple double of he's starting PG

  • @jpurp5916

    I feel like the only thing that's holding the rockets back is a back up pg who can maintain and give vanfleet a breather and a backup athletic center who switch on guards..its kinda too much to ask but if it happens sky is the limit

    • @shadowswimmer8361
      @shadowswimmer8361 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Reed might be that guy, depends how fast he develops. Holiday is actually a super solid 2nd (or 3rd) point guard option as long as he remembers his primary role is to facilitate, not play hero ball. As for centers, once Adams is fully healthy, with Jock, they probably have the best 3 center rotation in the league. Thats not even cracking the possibility of Bari or Amen playing the small ball 5.

    • @ArnonCline
      @ArnonCline หลายเดือนก่อน

      Amen is a PG lol. He gets anywhere he wants... Almost every time he touches the ball on offense is a bucket or foul. He can't be guarded plain and simple. He blows by defenders like they are not even there. Watch the games. He literally turns on the jet and in 1 second he's at the rim

      That’s dumb. You’re acting like you expect 100% of their shots to fall. Even if they were to shoot 60% from the field, which is high, you’d wan them to have a shot at getting a rebound of their own missed shots.

    Cam Whitmore is gone. They trading him for sure. Hes amazing but he doesnt fit with the way the rockets play. He will go to a team like the bucks that need an explosive young talent. Jalen green shall leave rockets Sooner or later. You Can See in his Eyes that he is struggling with how He is use. The focal point in offense is Sengun. He is Bad Fit for his offense play Style. That look in his eyes reflects unselfishness, sacrifice, and doing what is necessary for the team to keep winning. Jalen and Sengun are the best players on the team, but the team is 10 to 11 deep and doesn't need them to drop 30-plus points to win games every night.
