The mom elephant has got chain at her leg. So that’s mean is another proof of her slavering poor elephant

Agreed with you as it may seen. We studies these types of places found that many of the camps are hearing what animal welfare had to say and they do take out chain before they roam freely into the wild. At least things are going towards good.
