- In today's Natureman Adventures we enjoy the sounds of nature while cooking a delicious pasta dish and discuss minimal day hiking gear essentials.
A closed cell foam pad is ideal for camping while sleeping but also sitting comfortably on the ground, providing a barrier from moisture and adding insulation on the ground.
Having a tarp for shelter and cover from the elements works great in all seasons, combined with a hammock and you have a great system for comfort and sleep.
While day camping a cook kit provides means to cook a delicious healthy meal or quick cup of coffee to savor in the woods.
Just in case you need one a first aid kit is crucial, you never know when a cut or wound will occur.

Beautiful location for some peace and quiet. Not sure what day this was recorded on, but it’s been crazy humid up here. Other than going to the lake with my kids, I’ve been hiding in the air conditioning. 😅
It's been brutally humid here, the heat plus the humidity have been unreal! Thankfully there was relief filming on this day, so it was bearable in the shade. Definitely one of my favorite spots to chillax 😎 when I'm not inside the ac too lol ... Always appreciated Brother 🤠🌲☕

Aw thank youuuu 😁 This was a very relaxing day, even took a 30 minute nap after the mmm delicious meal. Truly is about being organized and having the right gear for a wonderful and safe time in the woods.
