Really interesting commitment to alternative noses. In the early 1980s (in Australia) we moved the wide points on small boards further back behind centre to reduce 'pushing water' up the front of the board, and they were called 'no-noses'. Geoff McCoy and the Lazar Zaps were into it early. You had to stand on the back more, which was widened - often into squash shapes. We were moving away from the front-foot twin-fin slide style. It seemed really odd at first, until Thrusters started, and then having a streamlined, back foot style showed us that you didn't need to worry about the front third of the board if you don't want to push it into the water. In a similar way, this looks like another evolution, figuring out just what you need around your legs and the force you exert, rather than getting stuck on how we think a board should look.

got one in 6.5" 44 lt. epoxy with carbon kevlar. its basically indestructible! unless attacked with a slow moving knife. It turns nice and its fast. good for small waves too.

less likely to snap than a standard PU/PE board and neither Chinese or a pop out.

Ok so Thailand and China are the same because are part of Asia yeah, so what about Bali are boards made in Bali popouts?
Or what about this guy located in Thailand www.elleciel.com are his boards pop outs too?
Or any label that produce big volumes of boards all by shaping machines pop outs?
BTW. Thailand has waves and a surfing community not the best waves but still can get good on its day.
