Sight Casting Rainbow Trout at Mudgee NSW

We recently got back from an epic few days at the beautiful town of Mudgee! We were fortunate enough to stay at an amazing farm called River Ranch, which was a bit off the beaten track. The ranch has its own private fresh water reserve which runs right along the house and was rumoured to be a bit of a trout hotspot! It didn't disappoint.
