Hello Korean vai,,, white peas should soak around 6 to 8 hour's or overnight is best,,,and while soaking add 2 to 3 pinch of Baking soda,,,after soaking drain the water,add salt and boil until it gets saft and mashy,,, or u can pressure cook it that will be easier, tips: tarmerind water will make your fuchka mouthwatering and do not add soysauce in your termarind water mixture add green chilli,lemon juice,black salt,roasted cumin and coriander powder, chilli flakes
