The true hero of Griffin Empire is Sir Godric. He was and he lived as a true knight. He gave his live for Empire and defended queen, king, kingdom and faith. He was a great character.
I remember when me with my father were completing this game, when i was 7. Now im 14, and still like to play, and my father died in 2018, everytime i hear this soundtrack, i remember my father.😩

This is such a magnificent musical accompaniment for a city at war times. I clearly see those knights and archers marching down once peaceful streets to fight the holy war, as civilians look at them in awe, city guard preparing the walls for a siege, armored griffins flying in the sky.
It’s been mentioned elsewhere, but this theme truly encapsulates many of the sound profiles apparent in the other themes. From the Dungeon and Inferno in that quieter section later on, to the Academy in some of the horn sections. Naturally the Necropolis theme is derivative of this one, hinting at a connection between the two nations perhaps. In any case, listening to this theme gives one an amazing framework for many of the other castle themes.

I love that there's a bit of the Inferno theme mixed in there, as if to show the corruption that Biara instilled while masquerading as Isabel.
