I stopped at the Mora. But the Kershaw I believe has an "aus 8.. or a 12 c 27...I can't remember... it's not a high quality steel...it's not bad, just not high quality. The mora you mentioned is actually not 1095...it's close in comparison, but it's not 1095..I think it's uhb20c for carbon and 12c27 for stainless...

I hate the modern kitchen knife look of the mora ....but damn it is a good cheap knife
Not one of these knives were camp knives or survival knives😂 at best they are mediocre budget friendly EDC knives
