In reality the best setup for any operator is the one that suits their business model the best. No setup is "the best". Im digging that setup though. Definitely a money maker 💪
Toro timemasters are very nice. I honestly prefer a wright stander 36 or 42 if I can fit it on the property. If not, I'm using the old trusty troybilt 21". I keep it on the truck just incase I pull up on a property that's soggy. I only have 1 property that I can't get a 36 on the whole thing though. My rule of thumb is the less blades on the mower, the better the quality of cut is.
It’s insane for me to think about how ridiculously profitable a solo/1 guy in truck with u service business can be. Top out around 300k revenue Almost no money in marketing. Yard signs + doorknock around customers. Prime customer for reviews and referrals, then ask for them at end of job. Maybe give them a gift as well. That’s literally all you need to do. 60%-70% profit margin in truck with another guy. Easy. Simple strategy, simple systems.

I don't know. This guy Dan's setup is pretty sweet. th-cam.com/video/Dxitt1mtjXQ/w-d-xo.html . You can unhook into the garage and then take your lady out for dinner in your ride. You either have to park the Augusta truck in a garage or offload it every day and then on-load it each morning.
Yes because I live in a condo that’s within my service area. He parks his car at his house. Very big difference. But I love dan’s setup. I saw this video about 4 years ago. Thanks for the comment 🤘🏾

I agree. I have several mowers. But my go to is my toro timemaster and craftsman 21". Both baggers. Even though I have a 54" and 34" zero turn.
I think every landscaper will prefer the timemaster 😂😂😂
Thanks broski 🤘🏾
