I've got to ask ,where did you get your mad skills . I mean a metal magician . I'm 50 and I've never seen an fabricator with a talent to your ways . Just simply put "ASTONISHING".I am truly amazed at the attention to detail and the brain behind the builds. Kudos to you my friend your not the metal magician to me . Nickname . Great videos very inspirational
Hello! Great video and channel! I did like to know if is there a way to calculate the right number of carbon foils to ensure a right strenght according to a definite weight of charge in axial direction. Any tools, excel page or something like this that could return the right value? Thank you!
Just curious with the way you have that carbon sloped to the back of the intake. Wouldn't those back 2 runners be starving for air compared to the front?
I think you're doing an amazing job on this car. Been following the build from the beginning, the only criticism i have is after all the insame metal work the carbon fiber is going to take away from that. I woulda loved to see an aluminum box.
Looking great!!! The glaze is a last step/non abrasive product though and will go away and show all your sanding marks in a very short time...a compound (ex. Meguars 105), followed by polish (Meguars 205), then wax or sealant (carnuba, tech wax, or a ceramic coating for long lasting results). Glaze is meant to be the absolute last step after all three have been completed. Although it will shine it up from the pad a bit, you'll need to do it over and over again often. I absolutely love what you're doing with your cars, work, and video chanel! Just wanted to share my 2 cents brother, keep doing work, son! Much love.
Have you addressed any galvanic reaction concerns with carbon fiber and aluminum. With aircraft Mike always puts in a fiberglass insulation layer. Just wondering out loud before researching what's what.
Hey Kyle. That intake came out great, man! Love it!👌 I'm interested to see the Cerakoted parts when you're done, too. As far as the Gray Goose, you know I'll stay tuned for that ride-along. More boost is always welcome.💪 Nice Cobra Kai shirt, btw. Please excuse my randomness.😅 Y'all have a great weekend.
Lucky you didnt burn thru the clear with that 400grid..it removes to much material. Its to sand primer before paint. To level a clear its 1000grid the ruffest u want if its a shit job.. 1500-2k then polish is the way..It will lose its shine quick because the "pores" are still open. Build is getting there i love watching you,i hate people that cut corners to finish their videos! 🤟
I'm gonna have to go and check ol Doug out again I quit watching because I got tired of the little recurring stuff like the cut of the finger every time he opens a box
Haha the soundman reference! I’ve been a huge watcher and supporter of Doug for years.
If doug sees this his head is gonna be as big as that porn stash he has going on 😂😂😂
Deebo’s bike rental shirt.... 👌🏽😄

That was a great idea to wetsand it in the cooler...
Great stuff man. Your early carbon videos are what inspired me to start my channel. Loving this build.
The "Bibster's" Is an Art Gallery on Wheels Kyle, Stunningly Beautiful. Thanks For Sharing n God Bless You and All Yours.

Love me some carbon fiber! Nice and slick looking!

Is is worth it!!?? Time/labor/weight vs getting an aluminum one and covering it?
So are you putting some sort on grill on the bibster? Just curious if your letting the turbo hang out there.
I will let the turbo hang out but have a few ideas of potentially wrapping some sort of grill around it
Never used a cooler, but a small kiddie pool is a necessity when wet sanding inside.
Get you a mini wool pad for that buffer... cuts way quicker
Looking GREAT Kyle! What are those blue injectors? Looking forward to engine work!
On the goose they appear to be aftermarket fuel rails.
Looking good 😎👍
It looks great! But shouldn't the inside be polished like that?
I can't believe you watch Doug at soundman car audio lol. that intake is tits definitely some amazing work man. I love your fab videos keep em coming
And didn't take 15 episodes to make 😂😂

Im not too worried about it. It has very little contact if any.
What is the song that played during build?
So sick!
Call it the Goost Control System!
Wow . 400 sand paper 😲😲😲
Not a good idea . No less then 1000 and go up from there .
I need to start heavy to get through the junk
It's coming along nicely 👍👍🇨🇱

Had to like this video after the Soundman quote. Looks like you rep wetness now lol
Hey... Just realized, you don't have a large wash sink in the shop...🤔
no
Going to ceracoat the exhaust and turbo. 30 minutes later...... so I coated the whole front end lol
Where’s ‘The Fab Cab’? 🤔😳
Off to pastures new??
Yeah I sold it... now lives in PA
Looks awesome man !! You’ll start a new thing in drag racing crowd with that. Weight is king lol 😂

I had a ton of clean and needed to start with 400 just to cut through the junk.
Doesn't matter what you did doug
Just have to say the work you do is amazing. You got that wet wet
Glad to see you using a ratchet... So many people use electric anymore and bugs me
Not looking for perfect I just want zero imperfections
