Ingredients:
Boiled potato - 4
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Green chilli -2
Garlic cloves - 6 (grated)
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)- 1/5 tsp
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
