    Hey Chris, Massive thanks for your epic run on Tetra in your video! We were thrilled to see your determination to crack the puzzle, even with a bit of a technical snag. No worries about the broken piece - it happens to the best of us. We’re sending you a return voucher to get that puzzle back to us free of charge, and we'll fix it up for you. After all, every puzzle should be in prime condition for a puzzle master like yourself.Hats off for unlocking all its secrets despite the hiccup. We're huge fans of your persistence!Catch you on the next puzzle, Julien from NKD Puzzle.

      Suggestion for @NKDPuzzle as part of the process improvement in quality assurance. Encourage you to look at those plastic connector pieces and perhaps up level them, knowing that unlike wood, plastic stressors have different orientations with failure points most frequently seen just where Chris’s broke. This is not a flaw and design, simply an opportunity to assure longevity and stability of the product for all the backers. A substitution of a more resilient plastic or alternately to a lightweight aluminium may be the solution for long-term usage.
      I agree with others that your puzzles are great however, from an engineering standpoint again, this is an opportunity

    @Sepultra012 ปีที่แล้ว +23

    I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about the broken piece, you said it yourself in one of your previous videos: Sometimes, with a wooden or plastic puzzle you never know which piece is loose because meant to be interacted with, and which piece is just loose, so it's easy to accidentally press too hard on something.

      I was gonna say, the wooden style of puzzle here is usually really flimsy and doesn't survive many cycles, but they've made a very sturdy puzzle, even though too much force is bad for it (Also, it's a $3900 puzzle) :D

    To be honest, I think your patience is nothing short of mindful mastery. Watching so many of your videos, I would have absolutely obliterated many of these pieces. Seeing your frustrated but also very composed reaction to a minor break in the puzzle is a lesson to so many that we can acknowledge when things don't go right without having to lose our minds. I thought you handled this extremely well. Great puzzle!!
