I have always wanted a personal tour of Philly with a native! Thanks Pete! REALLY enjoyed the drive and feel like I was there! The SIG 1911 is a beautifully sweet gun!
I almost bought that same RIA 10mm this past weekend. Beautiful gun and a great price. Do some research on the 10mm, I think you'll be interested. Yeah, it's more expensive to shoot, but it's a devastating round. Or get a Glock 29SF :)
I grew up in a very rural area of west virginia and our property line ended on the PA/WV state line and I can honestly say that Philly was the only city that I visited that I actually liked awesome city with good food and great people....loved it!
I'm from uptown Philly, but I'm in Indianapolis at the moment. But I really do miss the hell out of Philly, I ain't had me a cheese steak in a year.lol THANKS FOR THE VIDEO OF CITY OF BROTHERLY LOVE!!! :)
Wow Pete Im shocked I for some reason didnt realize u was in pa! I live bout 3-4 hrs from you! I made it down to Philly bout 3 times 2 times to watch slayer at the electric factory and once to visit south st and eat food or shop. Way to many people there but worth the experience. Ended up down by penns landing I think it was called. Great to know your in pa brother if we ever need to rally or march for anything you can always count me in! Never mind my screen name I made it when I hated people
Some of the gun shops around Jacksonville are gouging some are not. I was in one over the weekend that wanted $300 for a Maverick 88 shotgun, $500 for a Mossberg 500 or Winchester SXP defender. The Mav should be about $200 and the other 2 should be in the low $300s. Needless to say I will not be going back.
Hey Pete, you still have your Ed Brown 1911, right? If so, how's it shooting? My favorite pistol in my collection would be my Springfield 1911 RO... Second would my Glock 23 with the furniture upgrades I got at Glockmeister from a recent trip to Arizona...
hey another Philadelphian,I was born an raised there I have friends and family in the areas you drove thru I even know of some of the gangsters you commented about lol gotta love southphilly bro I do..lol keep up the great vids ,you made me home sick bro lol.
Scraple? There was something about this on the Food channel. Can you believe it that there is such a channel? When I got that on dish network I gained 50 pound, but I digress. The 1911's are special. My first gun was a 1911. Still have it, never get rid of it (if I can help it). Pete, I like watching the video's. You are way ahead of me on this.
I love my city. Pete if u want good prices and it looks like u don't mind driving, u should check out tanners in bucks county. Best prices in the tri state area.
I once got lost in South Philly in the days before I had GPS. That particular part was kind of scary lol. Its not all like that though. Like every city there are good parts and bad parts. I liked living outside Philly, I just don't miss that freezing cold weather.
Damn Pete you came into the city and couldn't even come visit your favorite septa worker while I was welding up them trolley tracks. Give me a heads up next time.
Hey Pete in my opinion I prefer Pats over Geno... Yes there both good but Pats steaks taste better to me... I'm not from Philly but I go every year and stay there at least 3 to 5 days its my second home... My next trip I'm planning to hit dbl action
If you saw them making scrapple would you eat it then. lol P.S. it's actually in the Apple computer dictionary: scrapple |ˈskrapəl| noun scraps of pork or other meat stewed with cornmeal and shaped into loaves for slicing and frying, esp. characteristic of eastern Pennsylavania.
Man I can't believe Pete doesn't have a 1911 right now. The world must be coming to an end. A world where Pete doesn't have a Colt, Kimber, or a springfield just isn't right. Hope you get another one soon Pete.
I would love a real Philly cheese steak! I also miss my elantra. I had the same one you are driving but had to get rid of it when the wife could no longer work. Peace!
I don't want to be a pain in the ass by making irrelevant comments on your channel but I was wondering if you ever went to Tanners Guns in Jamison,Pa.on York Rd. near Almshouse Rd. I will admit,I do not have the knowledge about guns, and where the best place to do business compared to you, but to me,Tanners is AWESOME.They treat you with respect,no arrogance or attitude. They do not price gouge, and have a GREAT selection of New,and used guns. They also sell archery stuff in depth.Check um out
I did some thinking, i now am of the opinion that Obama & Co. are right. If they ban semiauto rifles and handguns they are not infringing on our 2nd amendment because as long as there is not a total firearms ban then we still are able to keep and bear arms. So its just logical that we should petition Washington to ban Judaism Hindu, & Islam because as long as they keep Christianity Legal then we still have the right of religion and it just makes things so much more mainstreamed
Alex Jones just needed to bring it down a notch or two. If he had simply calmed down for a second and answered Piers's questions things probably would have went better. He might not have gotten kicked off the otherwise. I think that's the reason why not a lot of people take him seriously. He gets too worked up.
I will never understand how you guys in Philly park like that in the middle of the street.....forget cheesesteaks, that's the most unique thing about Philly :)
God I miss scrapple and cheesesteaks! I'm from north eastern MD but live in Mississippi now. There's absolutely noone in the south that knows what a cheesesteak is. So tired of asking for a philly and getting a roast beef sandwich.
I have always wanted a personal tour of Philly with a native! Thanks Pete! REALLY enjoyed the drive and feel like I was there! The SIG 1911 is a beautifully sweet gun!
Nice looking Riviera at 1;58
Ditto on the Sign Scorpion, sweet looking 1911.

Nice video Pete, I live up near Wilkes-Barre Pa, been to Philly many times and have family in Bensalem Pa. Tons of history in Philly.
I'm looking at a map while you are driving, that is a cool drive Pete! I would love to come and visit sometime.
Enjoyed the drive. I bought a Springfield 1911 TRP a few weeks ago.. it is a sweet gun, but also pricey.
That was a fun drive. It's cool to see new places, thanks Pete.

All of those sandwhich spots are awesome, any chance you could over night one from each lol?
Hi Pete. Nice to see the nhl is coming back. Can't wait to see the Bruins beat up on the Flyers!
Scrapple: everything but the oink. Possibly the best creation in existence.
Some of the gun shops around Jacksonville are gouging some are not. I was in one over the weekend that wanted $300 for a Maverick 88 shotgun, $500 for a Mossberg 500 or Winchester SXP defender. Hey Pete, you still have your Ed Brown 1911, right? If so, how's it shooting? My favorite pistol in my collection would be my Springfield 1911 RO... Second would my Glock 23 with the furniture upgrades I got at Glockmeister from a recent trip to Arizona...
Thanks for the road trip. I miss driving around Philly. The only place I have seen where they park on the center dividing line. mmmmm Cheese steak.
Love your driving vids, Pete. How do you suspend the camera? Gorillapod? Rob

hey another Philadelphian,I was born an raised there I have friends and family in the areas you drove thru I even know of some of the gangsters you commented about lol gotta love southphilly bro I do..lol keep up the great vids ,you made me home sick bro lol.
The Academy that i go to, has 2 Remington Enhanced and they look amazing. But one has a threaded barrel for almost $300 more thats crazy.
Brought back memories with that ride!
Pete, what a cool video, hope you make more like this!
Good video, its better than me having to drive thier myself.
Scraple? There was something about this on the Food channel. Can you believe it that there is such a channel? When I got that on dish network I gained 50 pound, but I digress. The 1911's are special. I once got lost in South Philly in the days before I had GPS. That particular part was kind of scary lol. Its not all like that though. Like every city there are good parts and bad parts.
I liked living outside Philly, I just don't miss that freezing cold weather.
Nothing like a cup of coffee and a new video from Pete
Damn Pete you came into the city and couldn't even come visit your favorite septa worker while I was welding up them trolley tracks. Give me a heads up next time.
Great video Pete.
Pete, a gun shop near me in south Jersey has a R1 Enhanced for $830. Is that high or low ?
Watch out for that finish on the R1 I did some videos on how bad mine was. I stripped it off and re blued it.
Cheese steaks are my weakness! if I lived in there I would be HUGE!
All the best to you and yours,
Sam
Do you eat your scrapple with grape jelly or mustard?
My neighbor was Frank Lewis on the Flyers in 1975, forget he years, the won Stanley cup and going for the hat trick
Great vid, Pete.

Some people are born and strive to be great and some people were lucky enough to be born Italian.
Pete what about a 1911 out of the Colt Custom Shop?
You guys park like maniacs in Phily! I got hypertension just watching you drive through those streets.
what about the ruger 1911..i think you can get it for around $700-800
Looks like a cool place to visit.
Wow Pete you drove by my house I live near gulf station in beginning of your video
Man I can't believe Pete doesn't have a 1911 right now. The world must be coming to an end. A world where Pete doesn't have a Colt, Kimber, or a springfield just isn't right. Hope you get another one soon Pete.
Pete, you ever go to Pesto's on Broad Street? If not, go...awesome freakin food!
Pete you shoot at The Gun Range in Philly on spring garden yet? let me know if you wanna check it out you can be my guest.
I would love a real Philly cheese steak! I also miss my elantra. I had the same one you are driving but had to get rid of it when the wife could no longer work. Peace!
Hey on some of these videos you should show us places in Philly that are in you your favorate movies
Yeah, in a lot of Northeast cities there is "median parking". It is a pain the butt.
They also sell archery stuff in depth.Check um out
Also... as far as pats and geno's... the best one is whichever has the shortest line when you leave the bar and want a cheesesteak.
Scrapple with butter and maple syrup is so good I could get to 300 pounds eating that stuff.
Yes, with a permit, those are designated parking spaces.
Pete, you the man!
Late breakfast lol thanks for sharing.
Seriously.... I'm starving now. Thanks man! Midnight and I want to fire up the bbq. haha

Kool vid pete looks alot like boston in some ways
Man, I got "claustrophobic" when you passed the cars parking in the median. WTF, too close for comfort for me.
Man, I love scrapple.
Alex Jones just needed to bring it down a notch or two. If he had simply calmed down for a second and answered Piers's questions things probably would have went better. He might not have gotten kicked off the otherwise. I think that's the reason why not a lot of people take him seriously. He gets too worked up.
Do you like the gun shop on Torsedale if I spelled it right?
People park in the center of the street in Philly? What's that about?
You should apply to be a short bus tour guide Pete.
I will never understand how you guys in Philly park like that in the middle of the street.....forget cheesesteaks, that's the most unique thing about Philly :)
What about the Smith&Wesson E Series? You seemed to really like the one you had in the past.
God I miss scrapple and cheesesteaks! I'm from north eastern MD but live in Mississippi now. There's absolutely noone in the south that knows what a cheesesteak is. So tired of asking for a philly and getting a roast beef sandwich.
Check pawn shops... they have great deals on guns because they only buy them for 30% of the value
love this vid
Haha I work right near the penrose diner at the refinery
Why are the cars parked in the middle of the road ?
There is actually a lane for parking in the middle of the street. Well now !
I miss philly so much...i like i'm gonna move back
Dude, one day I wanna hang out with you and have a nice philly steak sammich and talk about wet chicken..... that would be the shit!
