    I forgot to mention earlier on, Michael spoke about smoked fish, in Madeira, I don't know if you ever come across, there's a smoked fish which is called GAIADO, possibly you've seen it drying up in the sun in Câmara de Lobos, its delicious, although some people find it a bit salty.

      We haven’t seen that yet here on Madeira. We got one back In Nazaré on the mainland, which was dried in the sun on the beach. Would that be similar?

      @@LauzaAndMichael >It looks similar, Gaiado is similar to tuna fish, but much, much smaller, you can have it fresh, but the traditional one is smoked, this possibly is the best restaurant in Madeira for that fish, is situated in Caniçal, called "Restaurante Bar Amarelo" and the adress is: Largo Manuel Alves - Cais do Caniçal, nº 2

    What's not to like? can you imagine Michael as a 10 year old? 😃 I do still remember my youth even before my teens, memories, they like treasure hunts in our minds, so nice to recall the simplicity of our lives then, as oppose to our complex one this days.
    Next one I believe, will be from OUR beloved Madeira, let the show begin!.
