    Can you believe it has been TEN years since the first Honda Fit went on sale in the U.S.? A lot has changed since then. Thankfully in the case of this little hatch, that hasn't been to its detriment.
    Available in LX, EX, EX-L & EX-L Navi with both a 6 speed manual and CVT transmission there are many flavors to be had with the Fit. Regardless of which suits your taste best all of them come packed with cargo hauling ingenuities.
    Honda has once again included their genius Magic Seat in the rear which allows you to stow tall items without a hitch. Fold down the 60/40 split rear seatback and you'll find a whopping 52.7 cubic feet of cargo space to help lug that yard sale treasure home with ease.
    Also at ease is the hit to your wallet both initially and long term. With a starting MSRP of just under $16,000 and up to 40 MPG on the highway, combined with Honda's envious reliability record - it's safe to say that you won't be crying as the gas prices rise.
    All of this doesn't come at the sacrifice of safety or convenience either. With available heated leather seats, a power moonroof, touchscreen Display Audio® with backup camera, smart entry with push button start, auto on/off headlights and a 5-Star overall safety score there are even more reasons to love the Fit. The question is, which flavor do you pick?
    Grappone Honda is located in Bow, NH just south of Concord and only 20 minutes from Manchester. Conveniently located at the intersection of I89/I93 - come see why we are Driven to Amaze!

    6/29/2020----Great review and totally accurate. Thanks, so much. I have had my Fit-EX-L, 2017 for 2 years and 6 months and it is a blast. Very cool, spacious, and lots of light. I am 5'7" tall with really long legs and have plenty of room for more. I love the sunroof and here is one thing you might want to know. The reviewer mentioned a noisy cabin because of ALL the glass. But this gal has never heard ANY road noise because my CD player is on full volume any time the car is moving. I do wish it had more speakers as I would like it louder than 40 but as the reviewer said, it is a satisfying sound but nothing mind-blowing ( like the Bose speakers in a Mazda. Wow! )This is my third Honda, since 2007. With regular maintenance, once a year only, none of them have had any failures or needed any repairs. I love the open feel in this car so much better than my previous 2013 Civic, and before that, my 2007 CR-V--EX-L. Go, Honda!

    Love my 2020 Fit EX! Great car for the money, and a blast to drive. Hate that Honda is discontinuing bringing new model years to the US. Long live the Fit! #Fitastic 🙂❤️

    Honestly any small suv and crossover does not really offer much bigger space inside. I tried to sit at different car at autoshow. You have to go to midsize suv in order to feel a good amount of space gain over this honda fit which is a subcompact car. That saying buy the fit save you money and you still get great room and space of a small SUV and crossover.

      i have no problem with space inside the Rav4 hybrid, and it's our family vehicle. but the Honda Fit is nice.

    It's a great entry level vehicle for it's kind. Very good on fuel, can handle the snow very much. The seat on the 2017 was a lot nicer than the oldest model, very reliable suv. I love it

      It was a recent update, TH-cam added the ability to overlay click boxes to the end of videos - it automatically formats them for both computer and mobile.

    • @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup
      @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are correct HeronCalaris. Without that diffuser you get the awful buffeting noise in the cabin, this helps to eliminate it.

    Sucks that the top model only gets the CVT. I hope this changes soon in a future model.

      You can get the 6 Speedo and option in most of the stuff in the top trims...
      Funny because in México (Where the car is built for the US) you cant option the Touch Screen system with the 6 Speed like the US Can which is fucked up as they force you to the top trim level to get stuff the US can get on the Mid-tier model.

    Does the paddle shifter basically put the transmission in manual? Imean you can go up and down the gear? then it doesnt automatically shift the gear unless you tap the paddle shifter?

    • @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup
      @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Since the Fit has a CVT there are technically no gears. When you use the paddle shifters it changes the ratios to act like 6 preset "gears". Once you hit redline it will change to the next appropriate ratio.

    • @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup

      I had the radio on, but it was not loud nor for very long. From the experience I have with Honda product, the stereo system is typically satisfying, not mind blowing.

    • @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup
      @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Mitul it would depend on supply/demand in the area you live. In our area of NH they are all right around MSRP as they are a hot seller with their excellent storage capacity and stellar fuel economy. Best thing to do is check around!

    How well does a grown man fit in that car? Do people over 6' tall still have legroom and headroom in the rear seats?

    • @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup
      @GrapponeAutomotiveGroup  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Surprisingly enough Carl Miller, yes, they do. Obviously it will be less than what I have in the backseat, but there is a genuinely impressive amount of room in the back. I definitely recommend checking it out for yourself, I didn't really believe it until I got back there.
