I am hopefully 12 months away from moving to Thailand. In other videos, you’ve mentioned that Koh Samui is more expensive to live than other parts of Thailand. I would love to live on 66,000 THB. Per-mo. Looking at the weather charts, I like the air quality in the southern parts of Thailand vs other areas. Other than that, I would be happy living in a small bungalow with the spectacular views around Thailand.
We will come in April for 17 days. I saw our hotel in this video (Muang Samui Spa Resort) We will do some trips.. Do you now where can we book direct in Chaweng some trips?
Last year when I went there, it was clean. Now it looks like they're completely don´t care. To the south, the beach is better, as the high tide means that there is hardly any beach to use up there after Arc Bar
Thanks for stating the obvious in the video and there a big difference between 4 and 5 star and since it’s Thailand it’s really minus 2 stars not really 4 or 5 star let’s be real

There are plenty of tour operators to choose from up and down Chaweng Beach Road. Enjoy your visit to Koh Samui!

Lots of garbage on the beach when I was there. Cleanup every morning, washed ashore every day.
They always do their best to keep the beach clean in Chaweng.
I was in Koh Samui in 1992 for 6 years, much more busy back then, now it looks like hell

The other side of the beach is usually more clean but Chaweng is still beautiful.
Yes i will be there in monday evening so i can see with my own eyes :) it will be my 11 or 12th time visiting Samui
