Making Moccasins

Making a pair of moccasins from start to finish. I cobbled together my own pattern and have made several pairs of these now. Awesome alternative for when you can't be barefoot because of the weather.

Look great ! What did you use to bond the rubber soles on ?

Contact cement but I’m not super pleased with how that worked. Probably will use shoe goo next time. I also stitched them on.

Those look so perfectly comfy! Do they actually keep your feet warm in the snow?

They are so comfy! They are my alternative when I can't go barefoot. They keep you warm but only to a point, I have mukluks (moccasin boots) that I have made that I use for the really detestable weather we get here.
