2 bay leaf
2 cinmaon stick
2 star anise
4 - 5 cloves
10 - 12 black pepper
2 green cardomom
2 black cardomom
1 garlic
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
2 medium size onion chopped
2 tbsp resins
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
250gm
2 bay leaf
2 cinamon stick
10 - 12 blackpepper
4 - 5 cloves
2 star anise
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
2 green cardomom
2 black cardomom
salt as per taste
1 tbsp coriander cumin powder
1 tbsp hot spices (garam masala powder)
6 tbsp oil
