Cheema is posing wrong question to Bashani. China and Pak are both anti India and India has to protect its interest by aligning with whoever else- Russia and the West. Now, Russia and the West may be sworn enemies of each but India has maintained the strategic independence. So India will go Russia or with West or with both to protects its interest. Let China settle border dispute with India, India will change its policy. This is as simple as this.

GDP deficit inflicted by Pakistan due to the 1965 and 1971 wars were huge for a new and poor country like India. In 1964 India's GDP was 7.45% fell to
- 2.64% in 1965 and -. 0.06 % in 1966. It recovered in 1967 to 7.83%. Similarly in 1970 GDP was 5.16%. After the outpouring of Bangalis into India and war imposed by Pakistan the GDP in 1971 fell to 1.64%, 1972 -0.55.
Successive Governments in India tried their best to improve ties only to be sabotaged by the vested interests in the Pakistan. Now the solution left is 'Realpolitik' as an ultimate policy. Pakistan should be accountable for all the terrorist activities if not for the wars imposed so far, which actually robbed the Indians in terms of economy and lives. It cannot be pushed under the carpet for the sake of improvement of elusive normal relationship and business. Sco or any other meet GOI decisions are for the sake of India not for a routine purpose like that of Pakistan.
