Alot of these Superintendents don't have construction experience either. No degree, certification, or experience required to be a one. These are the same Superintendents building homes with 0 experience. To top it off you have an aggressive upper management forcing these supers to build 40, 50, 60, even 70 homes for one super I knew. Imagine what type of homes they were putting out. This is in Central Florida.
