They're semi-healthy I would say pretty dang good! I hope you enjoy cooking with me in the kitchen and sharing some laughs and recipes here! You can make zucchini brownies too! My family makes them all summer. Definitely peel the zucchini’s though or you will get a weird texture. (:

My hubby's grandmother had measuring spoons that say "pinch," "smiggin," and "dash." I have them now, she passed some years back. And I love them so much. They are considered an antique now. I use them often.
Love your attitude and sheet pan dinner. But I must admit, as a mom of 5, grandma of 8 and greatgrandma of 4, I just have to have my "Meredith" fix everyday. She always puts a smile on my heart...
You need to put out a cookbook and don’t leave out a thing when it comes to measuring and the directions, especially setting the oven to 411 degrees 🤣

I think you need another kind of shredder for the apples, like the cheese shredder/grater with the oval shaped cutters, mine sits up, has 4 sides, with different shapes cutter to shred

The way the salt flew over your shoulder is so relatable and made me laugh so hard! Yesterday I was frying an egg in grease. The grease crackled, I startled, and THREW the egg over my shoulder. It smashed all over the floor. It was hilarious!

Since our Lidl grocery store just gave seedling pots with every €15 purchase, I now have a tiny herb / fruit / vegetable garden. They're almost all sprouting, my cucumber, spinach, arugula, strawberry, yellow tomato, red tomato, thyme, chives, etc... There's tiny bits sticking out but man I'm so excited! Like a kid at Christmas. LOL! I don't know what, if anything at all, is going to survive me re-potting these, but hey, we all gotta start somewhere! ;) Wouldn't have done it otherwise, but hey, I was not going to throw them out!

But you were throwing in funny sayings, taking shots at yourself for forgetting something, and I just thought "is this girl for real?!?" She never disappoints, I love these videos.
One of my favorite summer treats is dicing up a handful of strawberries and a mango or two and adding them to a (regular size lol) container of Jack’s salsa. Omg 🤤🤤🤤 it’s an addicting family fave. Especially with the lime Late July tortilla chips

I love tomatoes. Roasted with a bit of olive oil, clove of garlic, salt/pepper and fresh basil added before plating. Yum!!! 8am and I could make a pan right now. I’ve made a zucchini muffin with carrots, raisins, walnuts and pineapple. So good. I’ll have to pull that recipe to make sometime this week.

Anyway. The scones needed a soured item to help make the baking soda or powder kick up the fluffinees. Like you said.. you can make butter milk buy adding a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.. but you have yoghurt.. it works the same way.. only thicker
But yum.. I live for these recipes
Apron advise: send strap through both ‘D’ rings, then put the strap over the top ‘D’ ring and back through (under) the bottom ‘D’ ring...hope that makes sense...🥰

Add a Tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar to the cup of milk! It’s suppose to be a good alternative if you don’t have buttermilk which I never have. The store also has powdered buttermilk in the baking section. It’s shelf stable for quite awhile!❤️👍. Oh let the first suggestion sit for about 15 minutes..

I make my egg bites with a little granulated onion and mix in grated feta or goat cheese instead of the salt. A pinch of cayenne if it’s just for the grownups is good too. The beauty of it is that they can be changed up easily. Try chopped cilantro instead of the spinach with finely chopped onions and some celery salt.
To loosen the top of a container tap it lightly on the counter. You’ll hear a little pop that’s the release to the air in the container\jar.
