As a big FF6 fan i'm really glad for the inclusion of Pictomancer. As for the expansion story itself, i'm really really excited to see what Solution Nine is all about.
Solution Nine is a limit break for Zidane from FF9, yet another reference alongside Viper a poisonous dual blade weapon of Zidane too. So I imagine the zone itself has cloning facilities 🤔
Would have liked to see the full pictomancer showcase reaction, but otherwise big thumbs up for trimming things down to a more digestible length! (Admittedly, I've watched several full 2 hour reactions by now.... xD)

@@VelvetSanity I doubt it personally, mostly because cinematics are made by different teams and the stylistic choices will vary a bit (and thus I'd wait to see any changes to their in-game models to judge), but primarily because they are so well liked as characters that I doubt they dare risk growing them up.
@ExileTwilight It's possible that it's purely stylistic choices, but they look taller and lankier with the awkward proportions that just scream "teenage growth spurt." Also, why else would they keep the twins hidden until the final trailer? Sure, we got a glimpse of Alisaie before, but only the first camera angle, which does a good job of hiding it.

It's pretty common for players to 'adopt' (unofficially of course) the younger characters. I view my own WoL as being not too much older than the twins, so more of a older sibling energy :)
Cosmic exploration is speculated to be more like Ishguard restoration as it is lifestyle content. The content more like Eureka would be the new field operation content they announced. We don’t have any details about that content rn, so can’t comment on what it will be specifically but we will have a eureka/bozja area
@@smward87 I think Yoshi-P said in a dev blog (and I could be wrong of course) that they had no further plans for creating content like island sanctuary. As in, they would continue to make content for island sanctuary, but would not be creating new content similar. Could be misremembering though
The graphics are amazing and it looks like a lot of fun. But I have to say I get some kind of uncanny valley effect from some of these characters. Characters with animal ears and cartoony expressions are great in unrealistic-looking video games, but with incredibly detailed and realistic graphics they seem strange to me. The female Hrothgar sort of remind me of the Cats movie. It's really just a nitpick but I never expected that graphics becoming so advanced would have a negative side to it
