Thanks so much, what a lovely compliment 🥰 I have mentioned about mushroom ceremonies in past videos, they are a way that I find personally to give great perspective on life’s challenges. I often describe it as “putting down the magnifying glass and picking up the mirror” - it offers me great insights into what challenges life gives me, often reflecting on my own behaviour and how I look at things, despite the stereotype of them being “wacky” when used in a responsible way, they can be fantastically beneficial for one’s mental health.

I usually dont watch vlog channels but I find your videos really relaxing and enjoyable. Doesn't hurt that you live in one of the most beautiful places Ive ever seen, Morzine (hope Im spelling it right) should pay you for the great advertising you give them :)
