    There's a distinct lack of good demos with the VT-4.
    Apart from this one. This one makes me want it.

      Does the sound come via the unit and/or the sound on the Ableton track? How did you create the uh oh oh part? The midi could be the selling point. Around 7:10

    I bought a Yamaha MU100R rack module in 1997, that came with a PLG100-VH board inside. The board does everything the Roland does, although the reverbs and audio input etc are handled by the host device (MU100R). I just used it for backing vocals in Rock and Prog Metal tracks, blended in with non-effected vocal harmony tracks. Gave a very unique sound in a nice way.

    Great demo and song you made Rachel! It seems like this is Roland/Boss' improvement on the VE-20. The controls on VT-4 seem more quickly accessible from what I see (lots of menu's on VE20 in comparison).
    You are always so on point with your looping... I was curious what loopers you like best? Were you using the midi controller where ableton does your looping? (I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm learning about loopers).
    Well, keep up the great work and hope you have a tremendous day, cheers!

    Do you make any vocal sample packs? If not, why not?! You have a wonderful voice. I’m always in search of nice vocal tones and ad-lib samples for working into my ambient style of music, preferably female vocals because I think they really add a soft and soothing dimension to ambient music. Please consider producing some vocal sample packs, if you don’t already. And let me know where I can purchase them! Thanks ✌️😊🎶

    • @PANTA-Music
      @PANTA-Music 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      vocalisers are ment for vocals. But you could connect a drum to it, if you want to be experimental. A synth would be overdone, since the harmoniser is, infact, a synth on it's own. Plus, you need keys anyway because the harmonizer needs a midi input to play chords or notes while singing/talking. (Two keyboards, just to get one sound would be a bit overkill. ) But if you are into heavy experimental music, sure. If not, you just stick it with vocals.

    VT4, is it true it has to be set to a certain key to use pitch correct? ( VT3 could be set to any scale, and that was useful. )
