The nickname Ocean really fits Pancho. When I was in college, I don't really use IG (I would just use it to scroll while waiting for my next class). Pero I saw this picture of Pancho (Im not yet following them kasi napadaan lang talaga ako) I took a screenshot of Pancho's picture cause I find it so cute. Then everytime that I'm sad or everytime that I'm having a breakdown I just look at his picture then it somehow manages to calm me, to cheer me up, and to give me energy to continue reviewing. You really are #SuperPancho and you have been part of my college journey. Thanks Ocean!

I remember my parents also do the same with me as a child. As I remember vaguely, I was often asks things before they decide to do anything. Kaya they had this impression of me of super behave and mabait but apparently it was bcoz they asks me questions first before doing anything like. Are you hungry? Do you want to take a pic? Do you want to take a nap? etc.

I used the "corner" as punishment before with my daughter whenever she displays unwanted behavior on repeat, and after the staying in the corner i always make sure to let my daughter understand why she needs that time out, and why i did that to her, communication plays a big role in parenting 😊 Continue to be a blessing magolana-bacarro fambam! ❤️

Hi! I like how you stayed calm while vito is having big feelings but i dont think putting them in a corner where they have to sit and think what they had done is wrong. Instead of time out, you can use the "time in method" Instead of just plain white corner, you can put books about feelings, have a comfy chair for them to sit. A bear they can hug or a bottle of water and make sure you're available when they want to talk. Because at this time, they need you but they cannot express how and often times it comes out as whine, tantrums or meltdowns.
Hi Jhona! Thanks for the tip :) I started this practice by having myself be in the corner, him sitting on my lap (facing the corner, face-to-face with me so there are no distractions) and I talked him through his feelings, actually!
